Mr. Shailendra is the C.E.O. of the company. He is an M.B.A. and a fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

He possesses the vast experience of 25 years in the areas of Revival of Sick Units, Company Law Matters, Financial Restructuring and General Management Consultancy matters.

Mr. Prakhar Singhal
(ACA, CS, DISA (ICAI))

Mr. Prakhar is the panel consultant. He is an Associate Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, a Company Secretary and also holds specialized certification of ICAI i.e. DISA.
He specializes in providing the Audit, Advisory & Compliance services to the clients. He has been instrumental to strengthen & cater the needs of SME segment. He also specializes in Corporate Valuations.

Ms. Vartika Singhal
(FCA, B.Com)

Ms. Vartika is the panel consultant. She is a Fellow Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with Commerce Background. She has also pursued various post qualification certificate courses of ICAI.
With more than 5 years of experience, she specializes in the domain of Statutory & Tax Audits, Certifications and Corporate Compliances. She has been instrumental in setting up benchmarks, performance reviews and maintaining audit quality.

Mr.R.P.Saraswat

Mr. Saraswat has a vast experience of 25 years in the field of banking matters. He is responsible for arranging Project Loans for the clients from Banks and NBFCs etc.

Mr. Deepak Agarwal

Mr. Deepak is a post graduate in Commerce. He is responsible for working with DIC, RIICO, Banks/Financial Institutions and sub-registrar etc. He is also responsible for Client relations and general management/Administrative matters.
